Cake smash sessions are usually done for the first birthday, you only turn one ONCE and its the very first of many birthdays to come so we like to go BIG! If you'd like to have these images back in time to use them at the birthday party or for invitations you should do them at 11 months.

These sessions take more planning so its best to book them a couple of months in advance. And remember to keep in mind your baby's nap times to ensure you book at an optimal happy time of day for a smoother session.
